STEP 01 · CONSULTATION

First consultation — complimentary

Tell us your idea. You don’t need to have it all worked out: knowing the destination, the approximate dates and how you like to travel is enough to get started. In a 30-minute call —or by email if you prefer— we already have everything we need to design your journey.

STEP 02 · PROPOSAL

A bespoke proposal

Within a few days you receive a complete proposal: a day-by-day itinerary, hand-picked accommodation, recommended experiences and a detailed budget. It isn’t a catalogue: it’s a journey designed for you, where every hotel, every transfer and every experience has a reason to be there.

STEP 03 · WE REFINE

We shape it together

The proposal is only the starting point. From there we work with you until the journey is exactly what you imagined —or better still—. We swap hotels, fine-tune the pace, add nights or take out anything that doesn’t quite convince you. The journey is yours.

Unlimited revisions

We refine until it’s perfect. We don’t settle for good enough.

Direct communication

You speak directly with Guada or Javier, not with a call centre.

At your own pace

No rush. Some confirm within a week and others take two months. That’s perfectly fine.

STEP 04 · THE JOURNEY

We take care of everything. You, of enjoying it.

Once the journey is confirmed, we handle every booking, all the paperwork and the logistics. All you have to do is pack. Throughout the journey we’re on hand for anything unexpected. And when you return, we love to hear how it went.
